A person reads this address. Here is how to get help, and what we can and cannot fix.

Write to info@emmausroadpublications.org. It is read by a person, not a queue, and you will get an answer. If something in the text itself is wrong, that is the most useful mail we receive — say where, and say why.
Open Settings and choose Restore purchases. That asks the store to re-confirm your subscription, which is where the entitlement actually lives. If it still does not open, write to us with the store you bought from and roughly when, and we will work it out.
It depends where you bought it. In the app — through your App Store or Google Play account settings, because the store took the payment and we cannot stop it. On this website — write to us and we will cancel it. More here.
Notes live on your device. They survive updates, but not uninstalling the app or wiping data. Settings has an Export that writes a file you keep — worth doing before you change devices, because we hold no copy and cannot recover them.
Use the flag control on the answer. It is read, and it is how the guide gets tightened. Ezra can be wrong while sounding certain, which is why every claim it makes is written to be checkable against the text.
Tell us. Name the verse and say what you think the Greek supports. This work exists because someone went back to the source and asked the question, and it is not finished by refusing to be questioned. Corrections that hold up get made.
Settings carries text size and a night mode built to hold full contrast rather than dim the ink. If neither is enough, write and describe what would help. Accessibility complaints are treated as defects, not requests.
